Data recipients

STUDY CALL authorizes its employees to access Users' personal data.

STUDY CALL shares some of the personal data of its customers and customer prospects with caller agents or subcontractors. Caller agents only receive the information that is strictly necessary to perform their services. They have a service contract in force with STUDY CALL, and they are not entitled to use the data for purposes other than those of the service.

Personal data may also be communicated, within the limits provided for by the regulations, to administrative, financial or judicial authorities, to public bodies, to ministerial officers and regulated professions (bailiffs, notaries, auditors, auditors, lawyers, etc.).

Data retention period
